Amazing hair, packaging and customer service. I was updated on my order via text consistently until it arrived. The packaging was like no other I’d seen before. Well thought out and put together, it even included a discount card and sample of Givenchy Irresistible perfume which I thought was very unique compared to always receiving the usual combs, clips and maybe a bonnet or wig/hair cap. When I thought there was an issue with the quality of hair, I was able to reach out to Jessica who just provided me with so much information and hair care tips. She made me feel like my concerns were valid and she even provided me with her hair care link to review and she continued to check in with me until resolution and I truly love and appreciate that.
