Raw Hair is 100% unprocessed human hair sourced from a single donor. It has not been subjected to any chemical treatments or steam processing and is free from synthetic fibers or animal hair, unlike some virgin hair products on the market, particularly those from China.

As 100% natural hair, it blends seamlessly with your own and behaves just like hair growing from your scalp. Because of its natural properties, Raw Hair requires extra care, attention, and maintenance to keep it looking its best.

• CAN I USE SILICONE MIX ON MY RAW HAIR?

Please avoid using silicone mix on your raw hair, as it can leave the hair dry, brittle, and lead to excessive shedding.

• WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RAW HAIR AND VIRGIN HAIR?

Each hair supplier defines hair origins differently. Standard virgin hair may have a slight corn chip odor, struggle with color or bleach, and can be dry and brittle. It may also be prone to shedding, tangling, and matting. 

In contrast, our virgin hair is carefully sourced from the highest-quality premium strands, ensuring that each one meets our strict standards for excellence. Free from synthetic fibers and unpleasant odors, our hair is versatile, capable of achieving any style or color, and features healthy, vibrant strands. Our hair can be bleached and colored multiple times without losing its quality. The cuticles are 100% aligned and intact. Compared to raw hair, virgin hair requires less maintenance while maintaining its natural integrity.

• HOW LONG WILL MY RAW HAIR EXTENSIONS LAST?

We don’t place an expiration date on our raw hair extensions. Treat this hair with the same care as your own, and it will last a lifetime. Keep in mind that excessive heat or coloring can alter the hair’s natural pattern over time.

• HOW LONG WILL MY VIRGIN HAIR LAST?

Luxe Collection: Our Luxe Collection represents the finest quality of premium virgin hair we offer. With proper care and maintenance, we promise this hair will last between 2 to 3 1/2 years. 

Classic Collection: We can assure you that with proper care and maintenance, we promise this hair will last for up to 2 years, retaining its quality throughout.

Frontal Wigs: Each of our units is meticulously crafted with seamless construction and hand-tied wefts on ultra-thin yet durable lace, ensuring every strand is perfectly positioned for a natural, flawless install. With the right care and maintenance, we guarantee our units will last up to 2 years or even longer.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that excessive heat or coloring can alter the hair's natural pattern.

• CAN I COLOR MY RAW HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Yes, we guarantee that our raw hair extensions are 100% unprocessed human hair, which can be colored and bleached to any level you desire.

We strongly recommend consulting with a professional stylist or an experienced colorist for any coloring services. Hair coloring is a delicate process, and improper application can lead to damage if not done correctly. 

• CAN I COLOR MY VIRGIN HAIR?

Yes, absolutely! Our hair takes color and bleach exceptionally well. However, once virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer considered virgin.

We strongly recommend consulting with a professional stylist or an experienced colorist for any coloring services. Hair coloring is a delicate process, and improper application can lead to damage if not done correctly.  

• WHAT IS THE DENSITY OF OUR WIGS?

Each of our wigs includes a minimum of 3 bundles. For longer lengths, such as 36"-40", we use 4.5 to 5 bundles to ensure fullness and quality. We customize the bundle counts for each unit to guarantee the best results for our beautiful babes. With our carefully crafted units, you’ll never need extra bundles, no matter the length.

18"-22" Wigs = 1 Frontal + 3 Bundles 
24"-32" Wigs = 1 Frontal + 4 Bundles 
34"- 40" Wigs = 1 Frontal + 4.5 - 5.5 Bundles 

• HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR & MAINTAIN MY RAW HAIR EXTENSIONS?

100% Raw Hair is unprocessed human hair, meaning it behaves just like your natural hair. It requires the same level of care and maintenance. Be sure to use high-quality shampoo and conditioning products. When purchasing Raw Hair, especially curly textures that tend to be coarser, please set realistic expectations for its care and performance.

If your hair isn’t properly maintained or cared for, you're unlikely to have a positive experience and may feel dissatisfied. Raw Hair is not suited for everyone, and transitioning from virgin hair to raw hair can be more high-maintenance, especially for first-time users.

• HOW SHOULD I MAINTAIN MY VIRGIN HAIR?

• DOES THIS HAIR SHED?

It’s normal for hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft to experience minimal shedding. This means the shedding will be minimal and will not significantly affect the hair's density or volume. 

• CAN THE WEFT BE CUT?

If you cut your tracks, some shedding may occur because the weft is now exposed, making the strands more likely to slip out. To prevent this, we recommend sealing the wefts to minimize shedding.

• HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

We aim to restock one to two times a month. 

• WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

We ship through USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. All packages are fully insured, and a signature is required upon delivery.

• CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

 As we prioritize processing and shipping orders promptly, once payment is complete, orders cannot be modified.
