• CAN I USE SILICONE MIX ON MY RAW HAIR?

Please avoid using Silicone Mix on your raw hair, as it can cause dryness, brittleness, and excessive shedding over time.

• WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RAW HAIR AND VIRGIN HAIR?

For best results, we recommend working with a professional stylist or experienced colorist. Hair coloring is a delicate process, and improper techniques can compromise the hair’s integrity.

• CAN I COLOR MY VIRGIN HAIR?

Yes, absolutely! Our virgin hair takes color and bleach exceptionally well. However, please note that once it has been treated in any way, it is no longer considered virgin.

We strongly recommend consulting a professional stylist or experienced colorist for any coloring services, as hair coloring is a delicate process. Improper application can result in damage if not done correctly.

• WHAT IS THE DENSITY OF OUR WIGS?

Each of our wigs includes a minimum of four bundles. For longer lengths, such as 36"–40", we use 5 or more bundles to ensure maximum fullness. Bundle counts are carefully customized for each unit to guarantee the best results. With our meticulously crafted units, you’ll never need extra bundles, regardless of length.

18"-30" Wigs = 1 Frontal + 4 Bundles 
32"-40" Wigs = 1 Frontal + 4.5 - 5.5 Bundles 

• HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR & MAINTAIN MY RAW HAIR EXTENSIONS?

100% Raw Hair is unprocessed human hair, meaning it behaves just like your natural hair. It requires the same level of care and maintenance. Be sure to use high-quality shampoo and conditioning products. When purchasing Raw Hair, especially curly textures that tend to be coarser, please set realistic expectations for its care and performance.

If the hair is not properly maintained, you may experience difficulties and feel dissatisfied. Raw Hair is not suited for everyone, and transitioning from virgin hair to raw hair can require more attention, particularly for first-time users.

• DOES THIS HAIR SHED?

It is normal for hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft to experience minimal shedding. This shedding is minimal and will not significantly affect the hair’s overall density or volume.

• CAN THE WEFT BE CUT?

If you cut your tracks, some shedding may occur because the weft becomes exposed, making strands more likely to slip out. To minimize shedding, we recommend sealing the wefts after cutting.

• HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

Our goal is to restock one to two times each month, so your favorites are always available.

• WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

Your order will be shipped through USPS 2–3 Day Priority Mail, fully insured for peace of mind. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your hair arrives safely.
