• WHAT IS RAW HAIR?

Raw Hair is 100% unprocessed hair collected from a single donor. It has not undergone ANY chemical treatments or steam processing. It isn't mixed with any synthetic hair fibers or animal hair unlike some virgin hair that are being sold on the market from China. Raw Hair comes in its natural state and natural colors. This is the highest quality hair on the market as it is 100% natural. Raw hair is very natural looking and blends very well with your own hair. Raw hair will behave just like human hair growing out of your scalp. This is why Raw Hair requires more love, care, and attention.

•  ARE YOU NEW TO 100% RAW HAIR?

Before purchasing from us, please read each product description in its entirely and please be aware that 100% Raw Hair requires mandatory maintenance and upkeep! It's very different from "Chinese" hair. Check out our Raw Hair Care tab for additional info before making your purchase! 

• CAN I USE SILICONE MIX ON MY RAW HAIR?

No! please don't use silicone mix on your raw hair. It will leave your hair dry, brittle and cause excessive shedding. 

• WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RAW HAIR AND VIRGIN HAIR?

Every hair seller has their own definition for both hair origins. Standard Virgin hair: may have a corn chip smell, cant take color or bleach well, dry brittle hair and sometimes tends to shed, tangle and get matted. 

However, our virgin hair is the opposite. Our virgin hair collections quality is the highest quality of virgin hair. It is free of synthetic fibers, no foul smell, can achieve any style or color and have very healthy hair strands. Our hair can be bleached and/or colored numerous of times without compromising the quality. The cuticles are aligned and intact. Virgin hair is less maintenance compared to Raw hair. 

Raw hair: 100% unprocessed human hair collected from a single donor. • HOW LONG WILL MY RAW HAIR EXTENSIONS LAST?

We do not put an expiration date on our raw hair extensions. Please treat this hair as your own and it will last you a lifetime. Remember that excessive heat and/or color can/will result in the reduction of its natural pattern of the hair.

• HOW LONG WILL MY VIRGIN HAIR LAST?

Luxe Collection: Our luxe collection is the highest quality of virgin hair. We can assure you that our hair extensions will last you a minimum of 3 years with the proper care and maintenance.

Premium Collection: With the proper care and maintenance, our premium collection hair extensions will last you up to 2 years and sometimes longer. This is our promise. 

Frontal Wigs: All of our units are constructed seamlessly and are carefully hand weft using a ultra-thin yet durable lace ensuring that each strand of hair is properly placed to ensure a realistic install.With the proper care and maintenance, our units will last you up to 2 years or even longer guaranteed. 

NOTE: Remember that excessive heat and/or color can/will result in the reduction of the natural pattern of the hair.

• CAN I COLOR MY RAW HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Yes, we can guarantee you that our raw hair extensions is 100% raw unprocessed  human hair that can be colored and bleached to any level that you desire. 

We highly recommend consulting with a professional stylist or an experienced hair colorist for all coloring services. Hair coloring is a very complex job, and you can cause damage to your hair if its not done properly. 

• CAN I COLOR MY VIRGIN HAIR?

Yes, absolutely! our hair can take color and bleach extremely well. However, once virgin hair is treated in any type of way, it is no longer virgin. 

We highly recommend consulting with a professional stylist or an experienced hair colorist for all coloring services. Hair coloring is a very complex job, and you can cause damage to your hair if its not done properly. 

• WHAT IS THE DENSITY OF OUR WIGS?

All of our wigs come with a minimum of 3 bundles. When it comes to longer lengths like 36"- 40" we use 4.5- 5 bundles. We have all of our units bundle counts customized to this to ensure we provide nothing but the best for our beautiful babes. You will never need extra bundles no matter the length. 

18"-22" Wigs = 1 Frontal + 3 Bundles 
24"-30" Wigs = 1 Frontal + 4 Bundles 
32"- 40" Wigs = 1 Frontal + 4.5 - 5.5 Bundles 

• HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR & MAINTAIN MY RAW HAIR EXTENSIONS?

100% Raw Hair is unprocessed human hair so that means it will cooperate the same as your natural hair would. It will need to be treated and maintained as such. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Please have realistic expectations when purchasing Raw Hair, especially if you are purchasing any curly textures that are more coarse.

If your hair is not maintained or cared for properly, you will likely not have a great experience and will be dissatisfied. Raw Hair is NOT for everyone. Transitioning from virgin hair to raw hair can be high maintenance especially for first time users.

• HOW SHOULD I MAINTAIN MY VIRGIN HAIR?

• DOES THIS HAIR SHED?

Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is absolutely normal. Minimum shedding meaning the hair will never have a drastic or noticeable decrease in its density or volume. 

• CAN THE WEFT BE CUT?

If you cut your tracks you may experience shedding due to the fact the weft is now broken and the strands are easier to slide out. If this happen, seal the wefts to prevent hair from shedding. 

• HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

We try to restock once or twice or month. 

• WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

We ship via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. All packages are fully insured and signature is required upon delivery.

• CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

 Because we strive on processing and shipping out orders as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete. 

• DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

• WILL I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL FILES IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASE? 

All digital purchases are subject to fraud screening. Please allow up to 24 hours after purchasing to receive your download. 

If your order shows up as a suspected or high risk order, you will be required to provide additional verification before you are able to receive your digital download(s).                 

THE HAIR FEEN will not be responsible for files that are sent to the incorrect email address provided by the customer. NO refunds will be given.
