At The Hair Feen, we are committed to providing a seamless and luxurious shopping experience from checkout to delivery. Please take a moment to review our comprehensive Shipping Policy below to ensure clarity and confidence with your order.
- ORDER PROCESSING
Processing and shipping times for each of our collections are as follows:
- Luxe Collection: Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2–4 business days. While these are estimated timeframes, many orders are processed and delivered sooner.
- Wig Collection: Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days. While these are estimated timeframes, many orders are processed and delivered sooner.
- Raw Hair Collection: Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days. While these are estimated timeframes, many orders are processed and delivered sooner.
Processing begins immediately after an order is placed. Please note that you will not receive updates during the processing period.
Orders may take the full stated processing time; however, they may also ship sooner. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare your order with care.
- SHIPPING IN STOCK ITEMS
All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days via UPS or USPS, including signature confirmation and insurance for your protection.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Delivery typically takes up to 10 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
- SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & ADRESS VERIFICATION
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid home or business address for delivery.
Your shipping address must match your billing address. Orders with mismatched addresses may be canceled or may require additional identification for verification.
- DELIVERY & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
All orders within the U.S. are shipped via UPS or USPS and include signature confirmation and insurance for your protection.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or hold the package for pick-up. Please ensure that someone is available to sign at the delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from the recipient being unavailable to sign for the package.
- ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or through your account. You can use this number to track your shipment and estimate its delivery date. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If you do not see your tracking number in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you haven’t received a tracking number within three days of placing your order, please contact us at info@thehairfeen.com for assistance.
- ORDER TRACKING & OFFLINE PAYMENTS
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
All orders paid via offline methods are shipped through UPS or USPS and include signature confirmation and insurance for your protection
- INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees on international orders. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
- SHIPPING DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES
Please note that The Hair Feen is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, any issues should also be addressed with your local post office or shipping provider.
ADDRESS ACCURACY & CHANGES
Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. The Hair Feen is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately.
Address change requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. A $5 reassessment fee will apply to any changes requested after this timeframe.
- REFUSED & RETURNED SHIPMENTS
Refusing a delivery does not qualify as an authorized return. Any refused shipments will incur a restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
The Hair Feen is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments resulting from customer errors, including incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges, along with a $50 restocking fee. Once the item has been received and restocked, store credit will be issued in the form of an E-Gift Card.
- POLICY UPDATES & AGREEMENTS
The Hair Feen reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Please refer to our website for the most current version.
