- PRE-ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME
Processing and shipping times for each of our collections are as follows:
- Luxe Collection: 2-5 business days (excluding weekends).
- Luxe Tape Ins, Burmese Extensions: 2-7 business days (excluding weekends).
- Classic Collection: 2-5 business days (excluding weekends).
- Wig Collection: 5-7 business days (excluding weekends).
- Raw Hair Collection: 5-8 business days (excluding weekends).
Processing begins immediately after an order is placed. Please note that you will not receive updates during the processing period.
While your order may take the full processing time, it could also ship out sooner. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- READY TO SHIP PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME
All in-stock items are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days via UPS or USPS with signature confirmation and insurance.
International orders are shipped via FedEx Or UPS. Delivery time may typically take up to 10 business days.
- SHIPPING & BILLING ADDRESS
We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid home address for shipping.
Your shipping address MUST match your billing address. Any orders with mismatched addresses will either be canceled or require additional identification for verification.
- DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT REQUIREMENT
All orders within the US are shipped via UPS or USPS with signature confirmation and insurance.
If the recipient is unavailable to sign for the delivery, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or hold the package for pick-up. Please ensure that someone is available to sign at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign, the delivery may be delayed, and we are not responsible for any shipping-related issues caused by the lack of signature.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or through your account. You can use this number to track your shipment and estimate its delivery date. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
If you can’t find your tracking number in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you haven’t received a tracking number within three days of placing your order, feel free to reach out to us at info@thehairfeen.com.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. All offline payment orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with signature confirmation and insurance.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes on international orders.
- LOST & UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives promptly, unforeseen circumstances or shipping carrier issues may occasionally cause delays or result in lost packages. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.
Please note that The Hair Feen is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once the package is in the carrier's possession, any issues should be addressed with your local post office.
Please double-check that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer support team immediately.
Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. A $5 reassessment fee will apply to changes requested after this time frame.
- REFUSED, RETURNED & MISPLACED SHIPMENT
Refusing a delivery does not qualify as a return. Any deliveries that are refused will incur a restocking fee. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded. The Hair Feen is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to customer errors.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges, along with a $50 restocking fee. Once restocked, store credit will be issued in the form of an E-Gift Card.
The Hair Feen reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Please refer to our website for the most current version.
