SHIPPING POLICY 

  • PRE-ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME

Processing and Shipping time for our luxe, premium, tape ins and wigs collection are 2-7 business days (excluding weekends). For our Raw Hair collection kindly allow 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing begins as soon as an order is placed. Please keep in mind, you will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed.

Please note that it may not take the full time frame to process and ship out your order. Orders can arrive sooner. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

All hair is PRE-ORDERED unless its stated otherwise under the product description.

  • READY TO SHIP PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME 

All ready to ship items are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days and is shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 

  • SHIPPING & BILLING ADDRESS 

WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES. PLEASE ENTER AN ACTUAL HOME ADDRESS. 

Your shipping address MUST match your billing address. All orders with a different shipping address and billing address will be cancelled. 

  •  SHIPPING METHOD USED

We ship all orders via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. All packages are fully insured and signature is required upon delivery.

  • ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or through your account. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

If you cannot locate your tracking number in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you do not receive a tracking number after three days from placing your order, please contact us at info@thehairfeen.com

Once your order is shipped, you will be provided your tracking number via email. All offline payments orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 

  • ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DISPUTES/CARD FRAUD 

The Hair Feen has absolutely ZERO tolerance for disputes and/or card fraud. In the event that a customer decides to dispute without any reasoning without reaching out to us directly first, you will be publicly posted on our socials and reported to law enforcement until all funds are returned. Failure to return ALL funds will result in major legal action. Purposely disputing a valid charge is fraud. When you make a purchase you are agreeing to be the authorized user for the card used during checkout. 

  • LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

While we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner, unforeseen circumstances or shipping carrier issues may occasionally cause delays or result in lost packages. If you experience any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue to the best of our ability.

  • INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing the order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

  • REFUSED SHIPMENT

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges plus a $100 restocking fee. 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
