Each product undergoes a rigorous quality control process prior to shipment to ensure it meets our strict standards. Before completing your purchase, we kindly ask that you carefully review our Refund & Return Policy in full.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
We are happy to offer refunds within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. We do not offer exchanges. Please note that a 10% fee will be deducted from all approved refunds to cover merchant processing fees. Requests made after the 48-hour timeframe cannot be processed.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition as received:

Failure to provide clear photos of the product and packaging may result in denial of your refund request.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns, refunds, or exchanges at our discretion.
- RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The Hair Feen does not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- RESTOCKING FEE
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DISPUTES/CARD FRAUD
The Hair Feen maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent disputes and chargebacks. Customers must contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute with their financial institution.
Initiating a chargeback for a legitimate transaction without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may be considered fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to provide all order documentation, delivery confirmation, and customer communication records to the issuing bank to dispute any unjustified claims.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder and that the information provided at checkout is accurate. Fraudulent disputes may result in refusal of future service and, when appropriate, further legal action.
