Each product undergoes a rigorous quality control process before shipment to ensure it meets our strict standards. Before making a purchase, please take a moment to carefully review our Refund and Return Policy.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
We’re happy to accept return requests for store credit within 2 days of delivery. Unfortunately, requests made after this time frame cannot be processed.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition as received: unworn, unused, with the texture intact, tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, the seal on the hair bundles must remain unbroken.
To initiate a return, please contact us within our business hours during the 48-hour return window. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. Please be sure to include:
- Full Name and order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Proof of purchase

A detailed description of the issue with the product. Failure to provide clear photos of the product and packaging may result in the denial of your return.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns, refunds, or exchanges at our discretion.
- RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The Hair Feen does not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns. We're not responsible for any lost returns.
- RESTOCKING FEE
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- REFUND FOR QUALITY ISSUES
Refunds are only accepted if the product is defective or does not meet our quality standards. If your return is approved, you may be eligible for:
- A full refund to the original payment method.
OR
2. A store credit for the full amount. In rare cases, The Hair Feen may offer a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee, at our discretion.
- ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DISPUTES/CARD FRAUD
The Hair Feen has a strict ZERO- TOLERANCE POLICY for disputes and card fraud. If a customer initiates a dispute without first contacting us directly, they will be publicly addressed on our social media and reported to law enforcement until all funds are returned. Failure to return the full amount will result in legal action. Disputing a legitimate charge is considered fraud. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the card used during checkout.
