All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with signature confirmation and shipping insurance.

HAIR CARE & INSTALLATION

We highly recommend co-washing your bundles prior to installation to enhance softness, luster, and overall manageability. This gentle cleanse prepares the hair for installation and styling while allowing its natural curl pattern to fully develop.

Heat Styling Notice

Velvet Curl offers exceptional versatility and can be worn in its natural pattern or heat styled. While the hair can be safely straightened or curled, excessive or repeated heat application may permanently alter the curl pattern over time. To help preserve the integrity of the texture, always use a heat protectant and moderate heat settings.

Maintaining the Curl Pattern

To help preserve Velvet Curl's natural definition, shampoo with cool or lukewarm water when wearing the hair in its natural pattern. Consistent use of hot water may gradually loosen the curl pattern over time.
