      Amazing hair, packaging and customer service. I was updated on my order via text consistently until it arrived. The packaging was like no other I’d seen before. Well thought out and put together, it even included a discount card and sample of Givenchy Irresistible perfume which I thought was very unique compared to always receiving the usual combs, clips and maybe a bonnet or wig/hair cap. When I thought there was an issue with the quality of hair, I was able to reach out to Jessica who just provided me with so much information and hair care tips. She made me feel like my concerns were valid and she even provided me with her hair care link to review and she continued to check in with me until resolution and I truly love and appreciate that. This has been the best hair buying experience I have ever had and I absolutely love the hair and will be purchasing more hair in the future. It’s not many companies out there that will go the extra mile the way Jessica does, I would recommend Hair Feen to any and everyone.

          Heat Disclaimer: Our Luxe Loose Deep texture can be safely pressed bone straight and will naturally revert to its signature wave pattern after washing. However, repeated or excessive heat styling over time may permanently alter the hair's natural texture. To preserve the integrity of the wave pattern, we recommend using a quality heat protectant and limiting frequent high-heat styling.

          To maintain the natural wave pattern, shampoo with cool water whenever possible. Warm or hot water may gradually loosen the texture over time.
