SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

All orders within the US are shipped via UPS or USPS with signature confirmation and insurance. 

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2–4 business days. While these are estimated timeframes, many orders are processed and delivered sooner.

We highly recommend co-washing prior to installation to ensure optimal softness and luster.

  • Disclaimer: After excessive heat is applied to any Body Wave or Deep Wave texture, the hair may become trained to remain straight, and the original wave pattern may not fully return.

  • Please shampoo with cool water to maintain the curl pattern if you plan to wear it in its natural state. Hot water will loosen the curl pattern.
