      Amazing hair, packaging and customer service. I was updated on my order via text consistently until it arrived. The packaging was like no other I’d seen before. Well thought out and put together, it even included a discount card and sample of Givenchy Irresistible perfume which I thought was very unique compared to always receiving the usual combs, clips and maybe a bonnet or wig/hair cap. When I thought there was an issue with the quality of hair, I was able to reach out to Jessica who just provided me with so much information and hair care tips. She made me feel like my concerns were valid and she even provided me with her hair care link to review and she continued to check in with me until resolution and I truly love and appreciate that. This has been the best hair buying experience I have ever had and I absolutely love the hair and will be purchasing more hair in the future. It’s not many companies out there that will go the extra mile the way Jessica does, I would recommend Hair Feen to any and everyone.

          • We highly recommend co-washing prior to installation to ensure optimal softness and luster. This gentle cleanse revives the hair’s natural texture, revealing its authentic essence.

          • Disclaimer: After Excessive Heat has been applied to this texture, the Hair will be trained to stay straight, and the wave pattern will not come back. 

          • Please shampoo with cool water to maintain the curl pattern if you plan to wear it in its natural state. Hot water will loosen the curl pattern.
