REFUND/RETURN POLICY 

We are more than happy to accommodate refunds only, no exchanges. However, to cover merchant fees their is a 5% fee on all refunds. We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your product to request a return for whatever reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, texture untampered with, with tags, and in its original packaging. The hair seal on the bundles can NOT be broken. 

To start your return, please contact us during business days/hours first within your 48 hour return period. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you will not be refunded. 

Please be mindful that we have the right to refuse any returns, refunds & exchanges.

You are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you use UPS or USPS to send your item and make sure you keep a track on your tracking number. THE HAIR FEEN will not be responsible for any lost returns.

 Please make sure to include a note inside your package with your order number and the reason for your return

• EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. 

• WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

• DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products are non-refundable. You waive your rights to dispute with the purchase of all digital products. All sales are final! absolutely no exchanges or returns.

• DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We ask that you please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We prioritize customer satisfaction.
